All outgoing messages pass through several moderation layers that block sexual, hateful, violent, or illegal content. If wording suggests self-harm or a crisis, a small and relevant part of the converssation is reviewed by human moderators. They assess the situation and provide the appropriate next steps if needed.
Is Nestwarm a substitute for therapy?
No. Nestwarm is not a substitute for therapy. It does not diagnose, treat, or guide you through mental-health conditions. Nestwarm offers short, supportive conversations that can help you feel less alone, but it cannot replace professional care. If you think you might need therapeutic support or are in crisis, contacting a qualified mental-health professional or local emergency service is the right step.
Will you message me first or spam me?
No. A chat only starts after you opt in from the Whatsapp chat and you can stop anytime by replying “STOP” in WhatsApp or blocking the number. We follow WhatsApp’s official rules for business messages, which means we only send approved, limited notifications and never contact you outside the allowed 24-hour window.
Is it private and GDPR-compliant?
Messages travel via WhatsApp’s end-to-end encryption. Nestwarm only stores data in encrypted format and on EU-hosted infrastructure. We are fully GDPR compliant and you can request the deletion of your account and all connected data anytime.
