Nestwarm’s mission is to offer safe, uplifting AI chat that helps people feel less alone. We honour every requirement in the WhatsApp Business Terms, the Business Messaging Policy and the Acceptable‑Use rules. Here’s how:
Nestwarm’s WhatsApp number is owned and administered exclusively by Nestwarm UG; it is never used for private conversations. All traffic is generated through our public “Start WhatsApp Chat” button, ensuring the account serves a single commercial purpose.
A chat can begin only after the visitor clicks the opt‑in button on nestwarm.com and confirms consent via a checkbox. We record phone number, IP address and timestamp, and we display clear instructions for opting out. A simple “STOP” or WhatsApp block halts all future messages immediately.
Every business‑initiated notification (e.g., welcome, reminder) uses a Meta‑approved message template. All other replies are sent only inside the user‑initiated 24‑hour session. If the window closes we wait for the next opt‑in or use a new approved template, eliminating unsolicited outreach.
All outbound text passes through multi‑layer moderation that blocks sexual, hateful, violent or illegal content. If self‑harm or crisis language is detected, the minimal necessary snippet is end‑to‑end encrypted and forwarded to trained counsellors within minutes. No disallowed content is delivered to users.
Nestwarm specifically does not provide medical diagnosis, therapy, prescription advice or dating services. Our opening message states: “This chat offers social support only; it is not medical, therapeutic or romantic matchmaking.” This keeps us outside the restricted categories listed in WhatsApp’s policies.
Messages are already end‑to‑end encrypted by WhatsApp in transit; at rest we store them with AES‑256 encryption on EU servers. Retention is limited to 30 days (longer only on legal hold). Our published Privacy Policy explains user rights, and a signed Data‑Processing Agreement designates WhatsApp Ireland as processor.
